Quick answers to the questions players ask most.

Does it matter where I dig?

No. Every spot in a zone rolls the same odds. Pick any patch of ground and hold the dig button.

What happens when my backpack is full?

Your digs still finish, but the gem is lost. Sell your gems, buy a bigger backpack, or get a pet with auto sell.

What does luck do?

Luck makes rare gems more likely. Your shovel, upgrades, pets, rebirths and potions all add luck, and they stack.

How do I unlock a new zone?

Each zone after the Meadow costs coins and needs you to have found a number of different gems. The later islands also need rebirths. Every zone page lists what it needs. See zones.

What do I keep when I rebirth?

Rebirthing resets your coins and progress, but you keep a permanent boost to luck, sell value and dig speed. Some rebirths also give extra pet slots or a title. See rebirths.

How does auto dig work?

Auto dig keeps digging for you at the same speed and with the same odds as digging by hand. It unlocks with your first rebirth or the Auto-Dig pass.

What is a Secret pet?

Every egg hides one Secret pet. It is the rarest pet in the egg and much stronger than the Legendary. See pets.

Where do I find codes?

On the codes page. New codes are shared in the Discord first.

Are the numbers on this wiki right?

They should be. The odds, prices and values come straight from the live game, and the wiki updates when the game does. Right after an update it can lag for a short while.
